Pool Manager

The Pool Manager forms part of the Exceptional Experiences Division and is responsible for managing the pool experience for the Four Seasons Resort Lana’i, Manele Bay Hotel. The Pool Manager leads the pool team while overseeing all aspects of training the staff, coordinating the daily amenity program, coordinating pool side Spa experiences in conjunction with the Spa and working with the pool side culinary team while ensuring our pool side guests are enjoying the highest levels of guest service.

We are looking for individuals, who have a solid knowledge of luxury Resort operations, have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills, a good knowledge of food and beverage, excellent problem solving skills, creativity abilities and excellent communication skills.

3-4 years of previous employment in a supervisory or leadership role within a pool or beach operation is required. Must be passionate about Guest Service!
