ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

 

 

1.  Maintain and constantly review client service standards.

2.  To ensure saloon cleanliness and maintenance in keeping with the company's general policy and services.

3.  Advise clients of all products available for retail purchase, in order to keep their hair in good condition.

4.  Ensure that all staff is in proper uniform (including name tags), and prepared to professionally represent our Hotel.

5.  Ensure that cleanliness and safety standards are maintained at all times.

6.  Prepare schedules.

7.  Be continually alert for the safety of all employees and guests, reporting any unsafe conditions.

8.  Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate.

9.  Follow established cash handling procedures.

10.  Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position
