Job Description
The Executive Assistant will support the Executive Office by being responsible for the daily administrative support of the General Manager. They will need to assist in resolving these complaints in a professional matter while maintaining reports and files on all guest complaints and GEI reports. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: supporting the Director of operations in tasks, receiving guests, answering incoming calls, maintaining filing systems, maintaining schedules in terms of appointments, travel and meetings, acting as a liaison with departments when necessary, and always maintaining a professional environment. Confidentiality, problem resolution, and professionalism are of the utmost priority to this role.
Requirements
The Ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong administrative background with the ability to multi task, resolve guest related issues, follow-through, organize, manage time, and work at an exerted pace. Strong computer/computer systems skills especially in Starwood systems such as: Galaxy, Light speed, ISAC, or other database management abilities is essential. 1 to 2 years of previous hotel or administrative experience is preferred.
