JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Perform outlet-opening duties, including stocking
supplies sufficient for the shift to prevent
shortages and service delays.
2. Set tables and organize service areas according to
department and outlet standards.
3. Accurately and attractively describe outlet
products and make specific recommendations to
promote sales.
4. Call drinks in the proper order to the bartender.
5. Prepare the appropriate iced glassware and garnish.
6. Serve drinks and bar snacks on a tray. Replenish as
necessary.
7. Interact with guests in a friendly, professional
manger. Answer questions about the Resort and local
area. Make an effort to promote the other food and
beverage outlets within the Resort. Assist guest in
making additional dining reservations.
8. Perform ongoing able maintenance, emptying ashtrays
(where applicable) and replacing cocktail napkins.
9. Present the check in a timely manner.
10. Clear tables immediately and prepare for the next
guest.
11. Perform closing, cleaning and side work.
12. Attend all Responsible Vendors training classes,
as required.
13. Perform other related duties as assigned or
requested by supervisors/managers.

Must speak, read and write English fluently. Minimum
one-year beverage service experience. Knowledge of drink
names, ingredients, methods of preparation and
garnishes. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to walk, stand, sit,
stoop or bend for duration of shift [at least (8)
hours].
