Description:

Lobby Attendant is responsible for maintaining all public restroom and public areas of the hotel in keeping with IHR's high standards of quality. This individual have the ability to interact with guests in a courteous and friendly manner.

The Lobby Attendant is a 1st shift, part time position. Candidates must be willing to work days, weekends (Sunday included), and holidays based on business needs.

Candidates must be able to maintain the highest level of cleanliness standards while moving at a quick and efficient pace. Previous experience within a full-service, mid-upscale hotel environment is preferred however, not required. Previous cleaning experience preferred. Candidate must have the ability to communicate with guests. Great customer service skills required.

The completely renovated hotel is located just two miles from General Mitchell International Airport, and is only eight miles from downtown Milwaukee and the Midwest Express Convention Center.

The five-story Crowne Plaza offers 194 guest rooms and a variety of amenities, including a 24-hour fitness center, business center, airport shuttle, restaurant and lounge. The fifth-floor features the Executive Club floor with its own lounge.

The hotel features the Crowne Plaza Sleep Advantage program, which encompasses the entire sleep experience, from training staff on how to create and maintain a restful environment to providing innovative products and services. Program components include new bedding, guaranteed wake-up calls, designated quiet zones, night lights, drape clips, sleep CDs, sleep tips and amenities such as eye masks, ear plugs and lavender spray.

The Crowne Plaza offers over 29,000 square feet of exceptional meeting and banquet space including three ballrooms over 4,000 square feet each, two additional ballrooms over 2,000 square feet each, and a 150-seat amphitheatre.
