Requires at least 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume/upscale dining establishment. Must be able to successfully coordinate the staff and resources in high volume, time sensitive environments. Must have a genuine desire to lead the team in producing a high quality product, and experience in budgeting and managing FOH operations.
