Job Description
The Omni Dallas Park West is currently looking for a
Bell Person to provide superior arrival and departure
experience for our guests. The associate will ensure a
warm welcome and offer assistance with transport and
storage of guest luggage and packages, as well as,
assist guests with transportation and valet needs. The
Bell Person will offer advice on area attractions, give
a thorough introduction to the guest rooms, hotel
services and amenities, as well as be a key point of
contact for the guest to ensure their complete
satisfaction.
Job Requirements
Excellent communication skills, guest service oriented,
pleasant personality required. Professional appearance,
excellent driving record. Must be knowledgeable and able
to inform guests of all hotel amenities. Experience with
maintaining trip logs and any additional bell stand
functions are a plus. Able to lift 50 lbs. Flexible
schedule including days, nights, overnight, weekends and
holidays is required. Eligbible candidates must be 21
years of age.
