Sales and Marketing Manager

Saltgrass Steak House at the San Antonio Texas Riverwalk is conducting a search for a Sales & Marketing Manager !!!!

In addition to owning and operating hotels, casinos and entertainment complexes, Landry's, Inc is one of the largest full-service restaurant operators in the United States with over 480 locations in 40 states and 15 countries. We operate restaurants primarily under the names of Rainforest Cafe, Saltgrass Steak House, Morton's - The Steakhouse, McCormick & Schmick's, Landry's Seafood, The Chart House, Oceanaire, Bubba Gump, and Claim Jumper, plus our upscale signature group of restaurants which includes Vic & Anthony's. We are also engaged in the ownership and operation of select hospitality/entertainment businesses and casinos including The Golden Nugget casinos, The Kemah Boardwalk, and the Historic Galveston Island Pleasure Pier. The professional we seek for this exciting opportunity will achieve revenue goals by developing and executing a sales and marketing plan, including building sales through telephone and in-person sales calls, marketing the entire restaurant and functioning as a public relations spokesperson to promote the restaurant locally, and working with large parties to create memorable events in our private boardrooms.

Requires 3-5 years sales management experience, preferably corporate and/or social group sales within a restaurant or hotel environment.

Candidates for this position should be detail-oriented and have the ability to work independently.
