Revenue Position Summary:
Under general supervision of the Director of Casino Resort Sales and Marketing, produces various reports analyzing ADR, RevPar, and Occupancy rates and percentages per market segments. Manages Hotel's Web site, and all third party web sites. Maintains confidentiality of all information.
Navajo Nation Gaming Enterprise is currently recruiting for the position of Revenue Manager for the Twin Arrows Navajo Casino Resort, outside Flagstaff, Arizona. Twin Arrows, owned and operated by the Navajo Nation Gaming Enterprise ("NNGE"), is currently under construction and is slated to open in Spring 2013. This stunning property will be positioned as a 4-star / 4-diamond full service destination resort, and will be like no other hospitality entity in Northern Arizona.
This Revenue Manager will be responsible for the day to day revenue optimization and reservations management of the hotel operations part of Twin Arrows resort. We offer a great career opportunity with excellent growth potential.
We are looking for self-starters, preferably with pre-opening experience for a comparable size property (around 200 rooms and suites), forecasting and budgeting experience, and excellent communication and problem solving skills. Experience with revenue management tools such as "IdeaS" or EasyRMS is a must. At least three years of hands-on experience working with the GDS, IDS, OTA's and many other common distribution channels is required.
The Revenue Manager is responsible for the day-to-day revenue optimization, by achieving the best possible RevPar, utilizing analytics of the market place, the region and over time, historical data of the resort itself. The Revenue Manager maximizes room revenues by anticipating and planning for market shifts.
This position is responsible for consistently delivering results that contribute to the mission and overall success of the resort by accomplishing performance objectives focused on business revenues, and the optimal market share as it relates to RevPar.
This position reports directly to the Director of Resort Sales and Marketing and develops and maintains excellent communications with the Front Office Manager, Director of Catering and Conference Services, Sales Managers and other key management personnel within the resort.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Hotel Administration, Computer Science, Web Design or related field, five years experience in hotel web site management and revenue management Hotel experience preferred. Must be twenty-one (21) years of age. Valid driver's license. No felony, theft or stealing convictions. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license. Navajo preference.
