Job Description

The Omni Dallas at Park West is looking for a Pantry
Cook. The qualified candidate should be experienced in
both hot and cold preparations. The Pantry Cook is
responsible for controlling quality and consistency of
all food served. This individual will prepare food items
in accordance with production requirements and quality
standards, while maintaining a safe sanitary work
environment.

Job Requirements

-Knowledge of basic hot food techniques (grill, saute)

-Strong attention to detail

-Minimum 6 months to one year previous cooking
experience in a similar type restaurant

-Knowledge of multiple stations (salads, desserts,
sandwhich stations)
