Job Description:	Responsible for loading and unloading of washers and dryers utilizing maximum load capacities and proper linen classifications. Monitor all machinery, carts, bags and rail support structure at all times. The starting rate for a Washer/Dryer Attendant Cast Member is $10.60/hour. Small washer attendant – Sort, wash, dry and fold laundry. Responsible for communicating with Engineers and Management regarding equipment, chemical or unsafe issues. Weigh linen bags and loads into appropriate rail. Monitors all machinery carts, bags and rail support structure at all times for safety hazards and maintenance problems. Able to read and understand MSDS sheets and recognizes precautions for each authorized chemical that may be used. Able to read and understand directions for operating machines and recognizes when a machine is not functioning properly. Flexible/Adaptable-may work in a variety of areas, conditions and/or have changing start/end times Proactive-immediately communicates concerns and reacts to situations Must use Personal Protective Equipment (i.e., boots, gloves, goggles, etc.). Continuous bending, grabbing laundry, lifting 50-70lbs, kneeling, standing, and walking. Self directed and able to complete repetitious tasks while maintaining quality Comfortable working in fast paced, goal driven environment Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role This role is Part Time and requires full availability for any shift, a MINIMUM of three (3) days per week, including nights and holidays Bilingual preferred Full availability for any shift, seven (7) days per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred Bilingual preferred Full availability for any shift, seven (7) days per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred SCHEDULE AVAILABILTY Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am.
