Ridglea Country Club is a premiere member owned private country club in Fort Worth, Texas. It is an established club, deep in traditions. The Club's amenities include two 18 hole golf courses. eleven outdoor tennis courts, an olympic sized pool, a state of the art fitness facility, four member dining rooms, and a large banquet facility that includes a ballroom that seats 480 people.

The Club is looking for a Clubhouse Manager to oversee all aspects of food and beverage service as well as the management of clubhouse personnel. The Clubhouse Manager reports directly to the General Manager and is responsible for hiring, training, and developing all front of the house personnel.

S/he will also be responsible for developing and managing the annual budget for all service outlets as well as the clubhouse through forecasting, cost and labor controls, and revenue generating programs.

* College Degree Preferred
* Minimum of four years of food and beverage management experience in an upscale Club, Restaurant, Hotel, or Resort
* Proper Service Knowledge
* Strong Customer Service Skills
* Strong Training Experience

* Financial - Budget and Control Experience
* Teambuilder
* Computer Knowledge to include POS, Payroll Systems, Microsoft Word/Excel
