Job Description
To deliver prompt, courteous service ensuring guest
needs are met.
* Upselling and suggestive selling when order taking.
* Pickup of orders.
* Delivery of beverages to guests.
* Maintain clean and clear areas of lounge and monitor
guest tables.
* Clean and clear service areas.
* Departing guests, ensuring proper payment.
Job Requirements
Candidate must be able to be on feet up to 8 hours per
shift.
Outstanding guest service skills and an ability to work
well with
others in a fast-paced environment is a must. Experience
in a bar
atmosphere is a plus. Must be able to work a flexible
schedule to
include weekends and holidays. Candidate should possess
strong
communication skills, be computer literate and be TABC
certified.
Hotel Specific Essential Functions: ?Enforcement and
knowledge
of local TABC liquor laws about service of alcoholic
beverages
*Be able to take food orders ?Be able to use micros for
ringing up orders ?Be able to explain offerings in
outlets,
prices, timing, etc.
