Job Description
The room service server at the legendary Grant Grill will be responsible for creating unique and indigenous experiences for all guests using room service. The server must be able to correctly take down guest orders and specifications, then deliver them promptly to the guest. Food and beverage knowledge is imperative, and the servers must pass a menu test before they are able to work on the floor. Prior experience serving in an upscale environment is preferred; passion for creating memorable experiences is a must. The position requires the ability to work on one's feet for extended periods of time; carrying heavy trays of food and drink is also required.
Requirements
A San Diego County Food Handler's card is required, and the card must have at least 6 months of validity until the expiration date. Only SD County cards are accepted (state of California and online cards are not).
