Job Description
To answer all incoming phone calls with a smile in their
voice. Addressing and helping the issues themselves or
directing the call to the appropriate department. Will
be responsible for logging information and tracking
issues.
Job Requirements
Professional phone etiquette and good communication
skills are necessary. Previous experience in a 5 Star/ 5
Diamond Hotel is preferred. Bilingual candidate is
strongly preferred. Must be able to work a flexible
shift including AM/PM shifts. Must be able to work
weekdays/nights, weekends and holidays. Must be computer
proficient.
