Job Description:	The Restaurant Manager organizes and supervises all activities of the resorts Casual Dining dining restaurant, The Outer Bar and Grill. In addition the restaurant manager also oversees the LiBaytions food and beverage operation. This management position reports directly to the Director of Food and Beverage and is responsible for maintaining our high standards throughout the operation. Job Requirements: - 2+ years in a similar capacity in an upscale Hotel, Resort or Country Club - Outstanding training skills, ability to motivate and lead - Outgoing personality and excellent interpersonal skills, ability to integrate with a multicultural staff - Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail - Ability to multi-task and oversee multiple functions.
