- Sets all banquet tables with silverware, dishes, napkins, glassware and condiments
- Greets guests in a friendly, enthusiastic and hospitable manner
- Serves guests in a timely manner
- Monitors guests in the banquet room for any signs that the guests need attention
- Removes trays of dirty dishes, silverware and glassware to the dishwashing area
- Performs all other duties as assigned by supervisor
