- Sets up and breaks down banquet rooms as noted on function sheets
- Removes and sets up water glasses and cups
- Maintains the cleanliness of meeting space, banquet tables, chairs, risers and other banquet equipment
- Maintains a clean and organized storeroom for all banquet equipment
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous experience in position preferred
