This Engineering position performs interior and external preventative maintenance and basic repairs such as snow removal, painting, wallpapering, sheet rock and tile repair, changing light bulbs, filter cleaning. Respond promptly to elevator breakdowns. Maintain accurate maintenance records.

High school diploma or related experience. Trade school or training in building maintenance preferred. Experience in the hospitality industry preferred.

Ability to understand and provide friendly guest service, operate basic tools and guest room equipment.

Basic electrical and plumbing experience is required.

Physical work is performed inside and outside with equipment, machines, extended walking, standing, bending, climbing, pushing and pulling and able to lift up to 100 pounds.
