Schedule: PRN/Per Diem
Description
Employee is responsible for preparation of patient cold foods according to the tally. Responsible for preparation and setup of doctors dining salad bar along with setting up and working the tray line for breakfast and lunch. Will at times assist with special functions.
Qualifications
Experience:
* Customer service skills a plus and prior hospital food service cooking and sanitation and safety experience necessary
Certifications
* Clark County Food Handlers Card Required
* Culinary Certificates a plus but not required
