Job Description
Assist guests with their food and beverage needs while in the concierge lounge.

oMeet and greet guests as they arrive.
oSet up breakfast buffet in lounge.
oReplenish food as need on the buffet.
oClean, clear and reset tables in Club Lounge as guests finish their meal.
oAssist guests with internet access, printing or fax needs with equipment provided in the Club Lounge.
oProvide any assistance needed by guests in regards to transportation, area attractions, dining needs or general information.
oBreak down and remove food items from buffet.
oReset Club Lounge tables and buffet for next dining period.
oProvide feed back to culinary department in regards to comments about quality of food or variety.
oEnsure Club Lounge is continually kept in a "show room" fashion = always presentable.
oComply with unit and brand procedures and standards.
oComply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
oLifting may include equipment or furniture weighting up to 100 lbs

oExperience, Skills and Knowledge
oHotel experience preferred.
oPushing, pulling, bending, stooping, and reaching upward.
oSome exposure to cleaning chemicals.
oProlonged periods of standing and/or walking.
oAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates, customers and patrons.
oMust have the ability to communicate in English.
