Cultivate a world class level of guest service delivered through employee attentiveness and anticipation of guest needs as defined by the tenets of TownePlace Suites service standards (Anticipate, Satisfy, Solve, Surprise).
The effectiveness of the Operations Manager will be measured by both tangible and intangible criteria. The primary measurements are:
1. Financial performance in comparison to budget, previous years' company standards and competitive market.
2. Operational quality and guest satisfaction as measured by the Franchise Program.
3. Operational professionalism as measured by company review, audits and property inspections by corporate and franchise staff.
4. The timely achievement of specific goal and action plans detailed in the Annual Business Plan and individual goal plans.
5. Employee turnover and satisfaction as measured by the company's turnover report and periodic climate survey.
6. The successful completion of all company approved Capital expenditure projects.
Experience: A minimum of two years of experience as a manager / supervisor in a comparable environment.
Education: College Education: 2 years
Basic Requirements:
1. Strong interpersonal/leadership skills, professional, caring approach towards team members.
2. "Guest First" approach.
3. Focus on providing support and leadership during nights and weekends for our guests and team members.
4. The ability to supervise a staff of 15 people and manage the property in the absence of the GM.
5. Knowledge of Front Office and Housekeeping operations.
