Hospital Housekeeping Systems (HHS) was founded in 1975 and is considered the industry leader in providing housekeeping management and systems to our nation's healthcare facilities. Our People
HHS has achieved this success by hiring OUTSTANDING people. We are looking for professional individuals with a strong work ethic and exceptional customer service skills to manage the day-to-day operations in our hospitals.
Other job responsibilities include:
* Recruiting, developing, and motivating both hourly and salaried team members
* Providing initial and ongoing personnel training and development
* Evaluating and maintaining human resource needs
* Executing daily quality control programs
* Elevating customer satisfaction and customer relationships
Other requirements:
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Experience managing 10 or more employees
* Working knowledge of computer applications
* College degree preferred, but not necessary
* Bi-lingual (a plus)
* Relocation flexibility (a plus)
Benefits and Compensation
Our company is a great place to work; we offer paid vacations, paid sick days, full benefits, exceptional compensation packages, and the opportunity for advancement. Increasing compensation and advancing your career will only be limited by your performance. Those with little or no management experience will generally start between $40 to $50K a year, while those with a demonstrated skill set will start out $60K plus a year. All compensation packages are negotiable. Regardless of your starting point with HHS, our history has proven that most salaried team members can double their base compensation within 5 years of their start date.
