Location Information
As General Manager, you will create and maintain customer-driven operations with a vision that inspires hotel associates to do their best. You will oversee the quality process to ensure guest satisfaction by consistent delivery of both product quality and service to achieve the hotel's financial objectives. This position requires experience in all phases of hotel management, including sales and marketing, human resources, food and beverage, budget/forecast management, rooms, housekeeping and maintenance. Interstate is an EEO/AA/M/F/D/V employer. Beautiful 160 room newly renovated Hilton Garden Inn searching for a difference maker to lead this hotel as General Manager. Our ideal candidate will have 3-5 years previous GM experience with strong revenue management skills and ability to be rate aggressive within this unique market. A proven leader, creative thinker, successful communicator (on all levels) and hands-on manager is a must. Hilton experience and brand certification is beneficial, however not a requirement. With 160 guests rooms and nearly 1000 square feet of meeting space we've set the stage for a getaway or business trip. The only moderate-rate, full-service choice among Hollywood hotels, it has easy access to the Walk of Fame, Universal Studios, Universal Amphitheater, Beverly Hills, Rodeo Drive, Sunset Strip, and Downtown Los Angeles.
