Job Description
The Server takes orders and serves food and beverage items to our customers in a timely, friendly, enthusiastic and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and beverage, a pro-active attitude, "can do" attitude and provide exceptional service to our guests. Responsibilities include but are not limited to table set-ups and station preparation prior to service and at the end of the shift, maintaining the condition of the dining room and controlling guest checks and payments. The Server will also communicate and work closely with kitchen staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
· Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace. · Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process. · Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written. · Must possess basic computational ability. · Must possess basic computer skills. · Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and service ware. · Ability to describe all menu items and methods of preparation.
