Job Description:


* Promote and maintain a professional, safe, and positive team oriented work environment to enhance service excellence 

* Develop thorough understanding of all Fire, Life and Safety procedures and be prepared to play an active role in emergency situations 24 hours a day

* Handle and resolve guest complaints

* Maintain cohesive working relationships with other departments to boost productivity and profitability

* Ensure overall smooth operation of the Front Office




Job Requirements:


* Degree or diploma holder in hotel management with two years relevant experience or at least five years front office supervisory experience gained with a sizeable luxury hotel 

* Possess energy and take great pride in serving customers 

* Sensitive to cultural differences and ability to deal with unexpected events 

* Strong problem solving skills and able to work under pressure and independent 

* Ability to communicate in English, Cantonese and Mandarin with guests, colleagues and management in a professional manner
