Job Description:	Unit Summary: The following positions will be located at Target Field, the NEW Minnesota Twins stadium in Minneapolis, MN, home to the MLB American League Minnesota Twins. Sportservice has been awarded a full service contract for this 40,000+-seat state of the art facility, which will include concessions, premium services, catering and retail! The revenues for this contract are estimated to be $43 million. The facility is scheduled to open in Spring 2010. We are seeking candidates for the following opportunities with an anticipated start date of July 2009. Your Role: Under the direction of the Commissary Manager, the successful candidate will be involved with determining quantities of food, beverage and related products required to adequately stock commissary and purchase products for Concessions on behalf of the company. Specifically: Oversee supervision of hourly commissary employees, including hiring, scheduling, and training on policies, procedures, duties and activities. Following established company guidelines; ensure product quality; control costs. Receive and distribute food and beverage merchandise, verifying receiving slips and forwarding invoices; verify inventory. Issue merchandise to stands; ensure correct stock has been delivered. Prepare various operational reports; keep records pertaining to purchases, sales and requisitions. Keep abreast of sanitation laws; ensure proper sanitation procedures are followed.
Job Requirements:	Our Expectations: Qualified candidates must have: 1-3 years of food service experience. Previous experience with inventory distribution and control. Familiar with purchasing and sanitation procedures, as well as standard food and beverage equipment. Strong communication and organizational skills. A 2-year degree with concentration in business or food service management is preferred. Knowledge of Micros preferred.
