Job Description
Qualified candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining
group and transient inventory controls as well as developing,
monitoring, and adjusting sales and pricing strategies for
resort. Candidate will also be responsible for providing
critical analysis of strategies, room statistics, and demand factors
and will be in charge of forecasting for the Omni Mount Washington
Resort. Candidate must have excellent oral and written
communication skills, and understanding of the group and transient
sales process, as well as the forecasting process. Candidate
will lead Competitive and Demand Analysis for surrounding hotels and
will work closely with Reservations and Sales teams. Excellent
organizational skills, detail oriented, time management skills, and
an ability to prioritize are a must.
Job Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree required
* Minimum one year as a Director of Revenue
Management. Prior experience with hotel industry
revenue management, reservations, and hotel property
management systems is required.
