Summary of Responsibilities:
Reporting to the General Manager, OAK Long Bar + Kitchen, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
* Consistently offers professional, friendly and engaging service
* Balances operational, administrative and Colleague needs
* Perform daily checks on staffing level, quality control, maintenance and cleanliness
* Provides daily supervision, coordination and direction of all colleagues
* Conducts pre-meal briefings
* Attends regularly scheduled departmental meetings
* Maximizes revenues by communicating regularly with the Food and Beverage teams to implement agreed upon strategies, practices and promotions
* Has full knowledge of all Outlet menus
* Assists in managing the departmental budget
* Follows outlet policies, procedures and service standards
* Follows all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
* Maintains high staff morale and team spirit within the department
* Leads and coaches all colleagues and leaders in the department
* Supports overall recruiting, staffing and scheduling ensuring adequate staffing levels to satisfy guest needs
* Creates and implements colleague-training initiatives, including but not limited to Orientation, Job Performance Management, and Colleague Reviews
* Works together with the Culinary and Stewarding teams to ensure that all food service meets or exceeds guest expectations and to promote teamwork as a strong component of the daily service culture
* Controls and analyzes the level of Quality of Service, Guest Satisfaction, Employees Satisfaction, Operating Equipment, and Grooming Standards
* Participates in service as necessary in accordance with restaurant needs
* Controls stocks for daily use in the Outlet to ensure service requirements are met
* Creates and innovates new ideas and promotions to generate revenue
* Schedules guest reservations and arrange for private functions or special events
* Tracks and compiles daily, monthly, yearly sales reports
* Other duties as assigned

* Previous Food and Beverage leadership experience required
* Previous Point of Sale System experience required
* Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required
* University/College degree in a related discipline preferred
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
* Highly responsible & reliable
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
* Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
* Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
* Previous Point of Sale System experience required
* Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required
* University/College degree in a related discipline preferred
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
* Highly responsible & reliable
