Responsibilities:
* Supervise the food products and services provided by the department
* Help with the training plans and carry out training sessions
* Control the expenses of chinaware, glassware and silverware as well as general items
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all working areas
Requirements:
* 5 years of working experience in fine dining with certain experience at supervisory level preferably in 5-star hotel
* Computer literature including Microsoft Excel and Word
* Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
* Strong leadership and organizational skills
* Excellent communication skills
