The server is responsible for providing outstanding guest service by taking prompt menu orders and ensuring high quality of food delivery and guest experience. The server also completes all restaurant duties as required.
The ideal candidate for the server position is someone who is naturally friendly and outgoing, has an upbeat personality, and a drive to succeed. In addition, we are looking for someone who has customer service or serving experience. The server position is full-time and AM hours/1st shift.
Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit.
Prior server experience in full-service restaurant preferred
Technical Requirements:
Must be willing to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts.
Must be able to read, write and speak English.
Must be able to work independently.
Able to be on your feet for long periods of time.
Excellent people skills.
Must meet grooming standards.
