1. Clock in at scheduled time and sign in/out each
day.
2. Check and sign sheet for the assigned station and
side jobs. Prepare/set up stations.
3. Attend pre-shift meeting.
4. Complete daily opening/running and closing side
duties assigned by manager.
5. Greet guests with warm, friendly smile and
professional manner.
6. Ensuring that silverware is free of water stains,
food stains, scratches or rust.
7. Ensure all plates, bento boxes are clean and free
of chips, stains and cracks.
8. Assist Servers with guest requests, iced water,
beverages, bread and butter and condiments,
delivering food to tables.
9. All closing side jobs should be completed at the
end of the shift to include assisting Chef in
breaking down the line.
10. Set and re-set tables with linen, china,
glassware and accessories. Wipe down tables with
clean sanitized cloth as needed.
11. Remove dishes and utensils when guest has
finished each course.
12. Adhere to all Outlet and Resort policies,
procedures and quality standards.
13. Check out with the manager upon completion of side
work before leaving.
14. Report and maintenance work, damage or missing
items to manager.
15. Perform other related duties as assigned or
requested by supervisors/managers.

Ability to speak and understand English, neat and clean
appearance, excellent attendance. Must be able to walk,
stand, sit, stoop or bend for duration of shift [at
least (8) hours]. Able to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to
follow service standards. |
