Job Description

The Omni Dallas Convention Center Hotel is a 1,001-room
hotel which works in concert with the Dallas Convention
Center. The hotel includes 110,000 square feet of
meeting space, several restaurants, lounges and a
signature spa.

Job Description : To direct and assist guest and
associates with communication needs in accordance to
Omni Standards

Essential Functions:

¨ Answer console.

¨ Direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.

¨ Assist all guests and associates.

¨ Synergy dispatcher.

¨ Wake-up calls.

Job Requirements

Previous experience as a PBX operator preferred.
Knowledge of four-star, four-diamond customer service
required. Able to perform job functions and knowledgeble
of computers.
