Job Description
Responsible for the accurate transportation of guests’ luggage upon arrival and departure.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Accurately transports guests’ luggage to the assigned room following completion of the registration process.
* Picks up guests’ luggage upon departure and transports to proper form of transportation, or delivers for storage.
* Provides fast and flawless guest service by providing guests with information regarding Hotel/Casino amenities, special events, and travel directions.
* Assists guests with room changes and maintains room key security.
* Actively participates in maintaining a spotless and safe working environment.
* Completes required room slip information and submits/forwards to the appropriate personnel.
* Follows and ensures compliance with all established safety and security guidelines.
Job Requirements
* Must have the ability to lift/move up to 100 pounds and possess the mobility and dexterity required to meet the demands incumbent to this position.
* Must be able to work within a smoke-filled environment.
* Must be able to stand/walk 100% of shift.

Required Education and Work Experience
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Previous experience as a Bell Person/Doorman preferred.
