With more than 300 Food & Beverage locations throughout property, Culinary cast members experience a world of options, from quick service to Five-Diamond dining.
Culinary roles receive a starting rate of $11.90 to $13.38/hour. Regardless of the kitchen, our restaurant leaders and chefs are committed to using the freshest and highest quality ingredients available. Working with exceptional chefs and an experienced staff in a "back to the basics" environment ensures that each culinary cast member can gain the experience necessary to work at any of our food and beverage locations across property. Minimum 3 years experience or culinary certification and 2 years related experience Experienced in all stations in the kitchen and multiple cooking skills Demonstrates knowledge of proper food handling Proficient knife skills Demonstrates good judgment of quantity, quality and production Knowledge and understanding of basic temperatures and food safety Knowledge of HACCP Demonstrated passion for the culinary arts and desire to learn Demonstrates knowledge of proper food handling Exhibits clean work habits and ownership of a safe clean area Demonstrates the ability to follow recipes Ability to propose menu items Proficient with basic tools, measurements and kitchen equipment Proficient with culinary techniques specialized to the location Demonstrates good judgment of quantity and production Proven ability to accomplish all previous tasks Guest service focus Knowledge of kitchen lingo and etiquette Understanding of recipe conversion Knowledge of ingredients specialized to the location Knowledge of kitchen equipment specialized to the location Knowledge of small wares specialized to the location Knowledge of culinary techniques Awareness of modern and classical cooking Knowledge of basic butchering Supports the chef in their absence Knowledge of food allergies This role is Full-Time and requires full availability for any shift, any day of the week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
