Job Description

* Responsible for the delivery of successful beverage operations within established operational standards.
* Manages the day to day operation of beverage service on assigned shift.
* Ensures that all beverage products served meet the established standards of the Beverage Manager.
* Ensures that proper levels of service are provided based on forecasted needs.
* Completes the required daily financial tools and reports.
* Executes and audits beverage inventory and cost control systems and procedures.
* Solicits guests’ feedback by direct interaction and comment cards.
* Maintains a neat, clean, organized, safe and comfortable work environment for guests and team members.
* Ensures that all service equipment is handled safely and with reasonable care.
* Responsible for reporting mechanical problems to the proper department for repair.
* Coaches, reinforces and leads employees by creating a positive and supportive environment.
* Enforces all regulatory and internal controls as well as policies and procedures.
* Trains, executes and adheres to all training manuals.
* Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and fluctuating days off. 

Job Requirements

Required Knowledge and Skills

* Knowledge of all phases of beverage administration, cost control and familiarity of beverage services required
* Must be able to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 pounds and possess the mobility and dexterity to meet the demands incumbent to this position.
* Strong guest service skills

* Strong analytical skills
* Must be able to work within a smoke-filled environment.
* Must be able to stand/walk 100% of shift.

Required Education and Work Experience

* High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
* 2 (two) to 4 (four) years beverage experience including technical experience in beverage service business required.
