Responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverage to guests, maintaining tables, dining room, and side stations.


Other Job Tasks:
• Follows procedures for reporting to work, taking meal breaks and end of shift.
• Follows hotel policies and procedures for entering and cleaning guest rooms.
• Adheres to bending and lifting techniques.
• Follows procedures for stocking a housekeeper's cart, reporting safety hazards and for the disposal of torn/stained linen.
• Proper handling and disposal procedure of bloodborne/hazcom, any contaminated or hazardous waste.
• Knowledgeable on proper use of chemicals (cleaning, disinfectants, etc.).
• Familiar with Housekeeping vocabulary.
• Follows procedures on "Do Not Disturb" and "Privacy Please" rooms.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekdays, holidays and weekends from 8:00AM to 4:30PM.
