We are seeking someone who is able to work both AM as well as PM shift. The engineer must be a leader is able to work along especially at night. Needs to be able to effectively communicate as well as have good writing skills.  Must be able to use time wisely and follow up with desk on all Guest Calls.
Must be able to work flexible shifts/days and evenings including weekends and holidays.

Preferred if candidate has worked in mid scale or full service hotel but not required.
Preferred if candidate has knowledge of HVAC
Must have a valid driver's license.
Needs to have knowledge of,plumbing, some mechanical as well as maintenance PM systems.
Must have computer skills
Must be reliable as well as have reliable transportation.
Needs to have the ability to communicate with the public, fellow team members, and other departments.
Knows how to multi task work orders, calls from from desk as well as work on daily task and special projects that is left by supervisor as left for engineer to do.
Have excellent people skills, be able to reason and have good judgment skills
Has some knowledge of pools (CPO certificated is a plus).
