DUTIES:
? Willingness to accept the most effective role.
? Provides direct leadership of all house attendants & duties
? Provides oversight of all Public Area & Floor Care duties in guest corridors.
? Performs all duties related to floor care personnel.
? Ensures deep cleaning of guest rooms is completed at a minimum of two times per year.
? Assigns daily, weekly, and monthly responsibilities to house attendants, Public Area Attendants, and Floor Care Attendants related to hotel corridors.
? Reviews and updates all related operational checklists as necessary
? Assesses quantities of stock in storeroom upon arrival & restock if necessary.
? Supports Room Attendants in stripping suites of linen, terry & removing trash.
? Collects dirty linen from departed suites & transports to laundry department.
? Keeps storerooms clean, free of trash and organized at all times.
? Communicates with Floor Supervisors for any special request or duties.
? Completes and communicates maintenance work orders to Housekeeping Manager or Director of Housekeeping.
? Keeps hallways, vending areas, and stairways clean and free of obstructions (furniture, dishes, etc.).
? Supervises Pack members and discusses personnel issues with Director of Housekeeping.
? Investigates and reports inappropriate behavior by staff, guests or suspicious persons.
? Evaluates productivity and quality of work of each staff member and determines additional training.
? Ensures Pack members report in and cleared before departing resort.
? Trains new pack members and provides continued training while ensuring proper training checklists are used & turned into Employee Relations.
? Conduct Quality Assurance audits
? Maintains recommended par levels of inventories
? Attend all pertinent meetings

QUALIFICATIONS:
? Preferred skills included conflict resolution, coaching, teamwork and time management.
? Complete knowledge and skill of room attendants and house attendants
? Previous experience in hotel or resort required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
? Lift up to 30 lbs., push/pull 200 lbs., bending, stretching.
? Excessive walking & standing to exceed 8 hours a day
? Exposure to chemicals
