JOB SUMMARY
Assists with supervising food and beverage daily operations. Responsibilities include ensuring guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget. Ensures standards and legal obligations are followed.
This role will be responsible for breakfast and lunch shifts-5x week
This role will also have responsibility for In Room Dining and
Responsibility for 3 supervisors
