- Cleans, sets and re-sets tables per hotel standards
- Carries all dirty dishes, glasses and silverware to the dishwashing area
- Separates and racks all dirty items in dishwashing area
- Replenishes all glassware, china, silverware, etc. in service station
- Takes soiled linen to housekeeping
- Assists servers with serving food and beverage

- High school graduate
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- Food Handler certification
