Job Description

Omni Hotels is seeking a Room Service Supervisor
Overnight for the Omni Dallas Convention Center Hotel.

The Room Service Supervisor will assist the Room Service
Manager in the performance of duties.

Provide operational and administrative support for the
Room Service department. Demonstrates a positive
attitude and teamwork ensuring proper training and
supervision of all room service associates to deliver
prompt, courteous service in a manner that complies with
Omni Food & Beverage standards and company policies and
procedures. Tasks also include assisting with phone
orders, relieving associates for breaks, conducting
daily shift meetings, and ensuring supplies and
equipment are available. Must be a problem solver and be
able to anticipate the guests needs. Must be very
organized and structured to run a complex department.

Must be at least 21 years of age, have valid driver's
license with clean driving record. Must be able to lift
and carry trays, and stand the length of shift.

Job Requirements

Must have 2-3 years experience in a hotel environment,
preferably a 4 Diamond hotel

Must have experience in a Room Service atmosphere

Must have excellent communication skills, with ability
to train and mentor staff

Must be results oriented with a keen eye on quality
service details and products
