Job Description
Primary Objective:
To wait on tables promptly, courteously and to serve the
guest in any way possible.
Essential Tasks:
Knowledge of cocktail service
Must have full familiarity with menus
Must have full knowledge of beverage offerings
Station set-up and breakdown as well as all side-work
and cleaning duties
Perform any other duties as assigned by the restaurant
manager
Greet all guests promptly and courteously
Make coffee and tea
Upselling and suggestive selling when order taking
Pick-up of orders
Clean and clear service areas
Check and stock bar for glasses and supplies including
ice and fruit
Follow daily and weekly cleaning guidelines and sidework
Knowledge of fine dining service
Must have full familiarity with menus
Job Requirements
2-3 years experience of bartending.
Must be knowledgeable of drinks, wines, beers and
cordials.
Must be reliable and have excellent customer service
skills, as well as be a team player.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including
nights, holidays, and weekends.
Must be TABC certified.
