1. Log and respond to all resumes and applications
received in person, online and via facsimile.
2. Recruit, interview, screen and identify potential
candidates. Schedule interviews with appropriate
manager(s) and if necessary Executive Committee Member
and General Manager
3. Verify previous employment for candidates upon
receipt of a make offer from manager.
4. Extend conditional offer of employment to selected
candidates. Prepare necessary new hire paperwork for
candidate coming to process
5. Coordinate processing of New Hires to include drug
test, E-Verify, background and appropriate relative
assessments.
6. Maintain logs for the receipt and administration of
all pre-employment assessments.
7. Schedule New Hires for Induction and Passion to
Serve.
8. Coordinate and conduct interviews for all internal
candidates. Set up appropriate interviews with managers
and if necessary Executive Committee Members and General
Manager with selected internal candidates.
9. Ensure all necessary assessments and backgrounds are
completed for selected internal candidates before offer
position. Prepare all necessary paperwork for internal
candidates for transfer.
10. Update applicant flow, make offer and processing
logs as needed daily, along with updating on line
transfer forms via Intra.
11. Forward all necessary paperwork to HRIS and or HR
for inputting or filing.
12. Work with department managers and team members for
job share needs and request.
13. Attend local job and college career fairs as needed.
14. Conduct property tours as needed.
Perform other related duties as assigned or requested by
supervisors/managers

Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in
writing. Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office. Detail
oriented and able to handle several tasks at the same
time. Able to handle confidential matters and perform
under pressure. Must be able to lift 20 lbs. Must be
able to walk, stand, sit, stoop or bend for duration of
shift [at least (8) hours]. One to two years prior
recruiting experience.
