Job Description

- Set up work station with required mis en place, tools and equipment
- Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards in the kitchen area
- Prepare orders as requested by guests and ensure that all orders are cooked timely and according to order, specification and standards
- Control food usage to minimize waste and reduce food costs
- Advise Executive Chef or Sous Chef of low inventory items

Job Requirements

- High school graduate
- culinary degree preferred
- Food Handler certification
