Job Overview:
Responsible for overseeing and leading yoga classes and the Yoga department. Additional responsibilities include managing yoga staff, yoga programming, structuring yoga program and increasing yoga membership. Position will be responsible supporting the Yoga program and all functions therein.
Essential Functions
· Responsible for organizing and facilitating classes.
· Preparing and contributing to the Aria newsletter.
· Enhancing Yoga program and programming initiatives.
· Building enrollment into the yoga program, increasing membership through yoga.
· Attracting / retaining the most qualified yoga teaching staff.
· Creating weekend retreats / workshops.
· Hosting teacher trainings.
· Creating a brand for the yoga program.
· Maintain and continue fitness class offerings throughout the year.
· Provide leadership, guidance and ongoing training of fellow yoga staff.
· Provide fitness expertise and customer service on the floor as needed.
· Create standards for all Yoga staff through trainings, manuals, and personal growth and development.
· Responsible for helping maintain the clubs existing and expected standards of cleanliness.
· Assume other reasonable related duties.
· Must be able to work varied shifts and flexible schedules. Maintain schedule availability to provide the best assistance to the job related responsibilities to include but not limited to client expectations.
· Other duties as assigned.
