Job Description
Anticipate guests? needs, respond promptly and
acknowledge all guests
Professionally meet and welcome guests following Omni
Standards
Project a pleasant and positive professional image
(including uniform) to all guests at all times
Sell and up-sell menu and beverage items in a positive,
professional manner
Retrieve all food orders/alcoholic beverages from
kitchen/bar and place on table/tray in accordance with
departmental standards
Transport tables/trays from Room Service area to guest
rooms, ensuring all standards of food presentation are
maintained
Job Requirements
TABC & Food Handlers certification is required
Must have a flexible schedule
Prior Room Service experience is preferred
Must have previous experience in food & beverage in fine
dining or hotels
Must be able to multi-task well and handle themselves
under pressure
Must be able to work together with others in a small
environment while keeping the area spotless and
organized
Must be able to work on your feet for 8 hours, lift upto
30 pounds and walk long distances throughout shift
Must live within 50 mile radius of the hotel
