Job Details
Answers incoming requests for various group meetings or catering events. Provides information as requested. Sends proposals, ensures follow-up, conducts site inspections, meets the clients, concludes the sale, coordinates all requests with the various hotel departments and outside vendors.
Handles all administrative duties related to the banqueting department.
Meets guests on the day of the event and supervises the smooth handling of the function.
Job Requirements:
Hotel School Diploma.
2 years experience in Banqueting Sales, in a deluxe hotel.
Fluent in French & English; 3rd language, a plus!
International experience preferred.
Proven people and communications skills.
Computer literate.
Well organized and details oriented.
Spontaneous and natural sense of hospitality.
Impeccable presentation.
Mature individual who can take decisions and accept directions.
