JOB DESCRIPTION
The Regional Director of Human Resources (RDHR) is responsible for the oversight of the three hotel properties affiliated with Morgans Hotel Group Company on South Beach including; Delano, Mondrian South Beach and Shore Club. The position provides primary Human Resources support at Delano for all functional areas of HR. Employment, Performance Management, Reward & Recognition, Communication and Employee Relations are all areas which are lead by the RDHR The RDHR must be familiar with employment, labor and employee relations practices, compliance and administration. All three properties are non-union. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaniously in a fast-paced environment required. Hospitality experience will be very helpful. Ability to participate on the Hotel Executive Leadership as a Business Partner is a cricical focus of the role.
