GENERAL PURPOSE
Ensures all set up and closing duties are completely assigned; performs set up and closing duties as needed.
Coordinates the timing of each course to correspond with the dining pace of the guests; assists in the plating of meals; performs all Banquet Server duties as needed.
Responds quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner. Follows up to ensure guest satisfaction.
Provides a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.
Able to work flexible shift to consist of mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
